Terms of Service

These terms cover the NorthWind Studio website and your NorthWind account. By creating or using an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the account.

1. Your account

• You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Give your real name and an email address you can use. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@glidely.site if you think someone else has used your account.

2. One account for NorthWind products

Your NorthWind account is also your Glidely account. When you use Glidely, the Glidely terms of service apply as well, including its plans, payments and governing-law sections. If those terms and these terms disagree about Glidely, the Glidely terms win.

3. Usernames

Usernames are first come, first served. Don’t choose one that pretends to be someone else, a company or NorthWind staff, or that is offensive. We may take back a username that breaks this rule.

4. Fair use

Don’t misuse the website or the account: no trying to break in, test or get around security, overload the service, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

5. Our work

The website, its text, artwork, logos and the NorthWind and Glidely names belong to NorthWind Studio. You may link to the site and share pages, but please don’t copy the artwork or brand without asking.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep everything running and secure, but the website and the account are provided as they are, and we may change or pause parts of them. We will tell you about important changes to these terms by updating this page.

7. Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, NorthWind Studio is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses from using the website or the account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
